Wellness looks different for everyone. That’s why we developed our 10 Dimensions of Wellness framework, informed by extensive research and focus groups across diverse demographics. This framework reflects the many ways people experience well-being—psychological, physical, spiritual, social, creative, intellectual, environmental, occupational, digital, and financial wellness—helping individuals find practical, sustainable ways to improve their overall well-being.
